Sinon pour les tenaces voici quelques pistes , certes a planifier, pour
obtenir des ressources IPv4 dans les autres RIR. En France on a de la
chance (et nous sommes le seul pay au monde dans ce cas) d'avoir des
territoires d'outre mer...
Voila pourquoi:
La martinique/ Guadeloupe est dans l'ARIN (ok Zero allocation pour les
nouveaux membres), la Reunion dans AFRINIC (mais la gouvernance est
cahotique), la Nouvelle Caledonie, Tahiti and co dans l'APNIC et la
Guyane dans LACNIC.
Donc creer un etablissement secondaire d'une boite francaise et demander
des ressources, c'est une idee.
