I decided to mention constructors above in the release notes.  However,
neither of them looks like something which could be deciding factor
for new users.  And existing FriCAS users can find description via
HyperDoc or API pages.

I want to keep notes short because in modern times people are distracted
by many things.  So notes should be short enough that people are
likely to read them all before jumping to something else.  Longer
notes are justified when we have something more remarkable, which
will attract attention.
