Building hyperdoc should not require epstopdf.

This is caused by "viewports" requires "stamp-book-viewports",
which should not be the case?
No that is OK, but I put too much under stamp-book-viewports.
The call to epstopdf should only occur during 'make book'.
I'll correct that.
BTW, I was hesitating to combine all commits, so that you better see
what I did. I will squash them for inclusion into the official repo.
Maybe commits like this
* generate book with postscript files
* fix chapter 14
* switch to pdflatex
* fix display issue for pascal triangle
* reduces space of output environments (Algebra-, TeX-, MessageOutput)
