Hi Waldek, I see that you have not pushed 1.3.10 tag to Github and not created release page.
I suggest you to cherry-pick this commit to branch r1.3.10 first, then do the tagging, so that binary builds from tag 1.3.10 will be uploaded to the nightly builds page.
