I think it looks interesting as well as something I’ve always wanted
to understand better. Count me in.
Wow! It is a trip down memory lane. The summer of 1960 I was at an NSF
summer institute on mathematics in Corvallis, OR. Raphael Zahler, the
note-taker for these lectures, was there. So, like, 61 years ago.
