Finished Robinson last month. It's a long book in which he tells a story about everything he knows, which is a lot. I'm presently reading Amitav Ghosh, "The Great Derangement" (unthinkable climate change); Michael Lewis, "The Undoing Project" (about the partnership between Kahneman and Tversky); and re-reading Rebecca Solnit, "A Paradise Built in Hell" (what society COULD become during disaster). Oh, and Wes Jackson, "Hogs are Up". Edward T. Hall's "An Anthropology of Everyday Life" is always near my laptop.
