A technical question for you high-desert scientists:
How far can one take evaporative cooling? With dewpoint temperatures in the teens, how far down can the output of a swamp cooler be. This relates to a question I asked you all in the dead of winter: given a dewpoint temperature way below freezing, what is the warmest shade temperature at which an icicle can form. This is the kind of question that a Massachusetts resident would never think of, let alone ponder on.
