Go over WiFi when possible. At least my plan doesn't charge data while on WiFi. Web pages meeting Responsive design standards seem to be text heavy. Though that's not a garuntee as one fall out of no more neutral internet is charging through the noes for infographics. Streaming music is a great way to rack up your phone bill now to as I found out.
In order to help you save bucks on data can you elaborate on specifics?
