From a few sites off the top of my head, it seems that e-mail in
transit is more secure if one uses regional ISPs..
Big companies:
Gmail, yes (but named in PRISM slides)
Hotmail, no
Yahoo, no
Earthlink, no
Comcast, no
Apple's icloud.com, no
Regional ISPs
Cybermesa, yes
SWCP, yes
web-ster.com, yes
