Nice - I recently used Booksurge to publish a book, but the upfront costs are a small disincentive (I haven't broke even yet, but I might after a year of sales).
If I ever do a second edition, I might use Lulu to sell it. If you interested in doing something on Friam discussions, I'll volunteer to be an editor, but not "the Editor".
