All very exhortative...but things I needed to hear anyhow.  The point is,
I think, to stop nibbling at big problems with small proof-of-concept 
projects.

Fits nicely in with last Sunday's NYT mag article on Dean's 50-state 
strategy.

One might see a connection to problems in computer science education as 
well.
