Dear Douglas,

whenever we get this error *ERROR: matrix is ill-conditioned or badly scaled*  as in https://www.mail-archive.com/freesurfer%40nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/msg74674.html <https://secure-web.cisco.com/1oJ3YaCat1otNMsv9b4ieBxS300R4fr4eMozJ0nxWe7N3be6UiZPOz-7Qn1pHrV1BxBwuIglZvxsU8pwnpVYjSL8ZLJQaOWFLde82Ut6oMIZheJq9Kvq3I3UAQfPLBKszAL7mleZbDK3zkmaziKTn-cCAzmKHA6OkOObXz5Zq5Ms7wfM9pQEddmeNHHWQiRuxd6HrWWpBsQR92OBq2S8Y45FlBBgeD2kYjmbMJBJmi22_-GvPDswXQDAAZCbO2UnMRcmaCQEpmgAZgfMWu1aHvlehNfBD7Xf59euDmJqezZJwGS4HHMgQuHEmzB6wrbH9/https%3A%2F%2Fwww.mail-archive.com%2Ffreesurfer%2540nmr.mgh.harvard.edu%2Fmsg74674.html>, should we normalize the values in the fsgd file or the design matrix (Xg.dat)?

Thank you in advance,
Ane
