Hi Elena,
I've taken a look through the files you shared with us and can only find the complete subject directories for sub-90188_run-01_T1w and sub-90310. The subject directory for sub-01262 (and 209 other subjects) is empty. Could you please send another link with the subject directory for sub-01262? Thanks, Bram ________________________________ From: freesurfer-boun...@nmr.mgh.harvard.edu <freesurfer-boun...@nmr.mgh.harvard.edu> on behalf of Elena Nicole Dominguez <endom...@uci.edu> Sent: Wednesday, August 22, 2018 3:01:34 PM To: freesurfer@nmr.mgh.harvard.edu Subject: Re: [Freesurfer] Manually editing location of surface External Email - Use Caution The subject in particular is in their 90's.
