Indeed, such a functionality in PetSurfer will be much appreciated! We are 
currently analysing multi-tracer PET imaging in the same individuals (i.e. 
18F-AV1451, 11C-PiB and 11C-PK11195, etc), so it will be fantastic to have a 
streamlined pipeline within the Petsurfer environment :) If I am not wrong, 
there might be an R package for this purpose but I will search again and let 
you know.
