Hi Doug, Sure, I hope these links help:
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17204713 <https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17204713> https://www.nature.com/articles/npjschz201631 <https://www.nature.com/articles/npjschz201631> Indeed, such a functionality in PetSurfer will be much appreciated! We are currently analysing multi-tracer PET imaging in the same individuals (i.e. 18F-AV1451, 11C-PiB and 11C-PK11195, etc), so it will be fantastic to have a streamlined pipeline within the Petsurfer environment :) If I am not wrong, there might be an R package for this purpose but I will search again and let you know. Thanks for your time.
