Hi Doug, thanks so much for taking a look at this. Our back up plan is to alter our FreeSurfer pipeline to be able to accept Nifti. We'll convert the images to Nifti, then submit to FreeSurfer. We appreciate your help.

The 3rd party software we use (CTN from Mallinckrodt) was written in 1998 and does not have some of the newer dicom features.
