Hi Sierra, the hippocampal subfield segmentation is computed using a separate model, so it doesn't agree perfectly with the hippocampal mask in aseg.mgz. In fact, the volume estimates tend to be a bit smaller (but highly correlated). Cheers, /Eugenio
