Hi everyone,
I'm using optseq2 to optimize a fmri design.
Whenever I try to add the --tnullmin parameter I end up with either a
segmentation fault or a glibc error (see examples).
May someone explain me what is going wrong?
Thanks!
Regards,
Jacob

Info: optseq2 2.14 linux 64-bit and 32-bit

Example that works:
optseq2 --ntp 300 --tr 3 --psdwin 0 30 1.5 --ev precision 6 50 --ev power 6 50
--nkeep 1 --o ex2 --nsearch 1000 --cost eff

Example with segfault:
optseq2 --ntp 300 --tr 3 --psdwin 0 30 1.5 --tnullmin 6 --ev precision 6 50
--ev power 6 50 --nkeep 1 --o ex2 --nsearch 1000 --cost eff

Example with glibc error:
optseq2 --ntp 300 --tr 3 --psdwin 0 30 1.5 --tnullmin 3 --ev precision 6 50
--ev power 6 50 --nkeep 1 --o ex2 --nsearch 1000 --cost eff
