Hi Karry,
do you mean how to register a structural to a pre-existing surface recon?
If so, try using bbregister. I'm assuming you've already run recon-all on
your structurals? Also, please avoid using analyze format if you can! It
doesn't keep track of the direction cosines, which causes major problems.
