Hi, I had problems running autorecon 1 with my own subject group, so I decided to see if I could run the tutorial with Bert. I ran the motion correction, and then tried autorecon 1 and got the following error (please see the attached word document to see my output).
ERROR: converting nu to COR/mgz Linux localhost.localdomain 2.6.18-8.1.8.el5 #1 SMP Tue Jul 10 06:50:22 EDT 2007 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux recon-all exited with ERRORS at Tue Jun 30 09:43:14 BST 2009 Can anyone please tell me what this means and if I can correct it? Thanks, Fatima
