Hi As far as I'm aware you just need to have ipv6 enabled in the kernel on the IPA servers, you don't actually have to use it. The IPA installer performs this check but doesn't need it to be configured.
Someone else here very recently resolved this issue by simply removing "ipv6_disabled=1" from the grub's kernel boot parameters.
