Neon is a Linux operating system, not an app. At what point exactly does this
zooming occur? Do you get as far as a login screen wanting username and 
password?
If you can login, then you can run 'sudo parted -l > sometextfile' from Konsole 
to
copy and paste from sometextfile here in thread to show us the partitioning. Did
you try F11 at any point after the zooming event?
