I think the ITX form factor might not fit very well in the AT style case or PSU of your 386. You’ll want an ATX style case and PSU. If you’re creative, you might make AT parts work but it will take some PSU adapters and maybe a metal file.
IMO, for the money, cheap, plentiful, old business desktops from Dell and HP offer more.
