Note that the SB0200 card is NOT the typical Creative SB Live card.
It uses a diffreent chip and is a Dell OEM card and none of the SB
Live driver for DOS will work with it.
I will be lookin for a different Live card next month to replace this
one if I cannot get drivers for this card.
