Thanks a lot, Rugxulo.

I have a few older laptops. The newest one is about 10 years old. Although
I can run light versions of Linux correctly but I love the immediacy of
FreeDos. The only drawback I find with FreeDos is that It use the full
power of the CPU and my laptops get hot.

I've tried to solve this problem with IDLEHALT=-1 and a laptop cooling pad,
with some success. In any case, I don't like to spend long hours sitting in
front of the computer and I prefer to work in short periods, alternating
between reading or walking, so I think I've solved this problem of
overheating.

When I have the budget, I'm thinking of buying an inexpensive PC with a
processor that works well with FreeDos and doesn't get hot. I don't know if
one exists.

Thanks for your suggestion about RAM Drive. I'll use it.

Thanks again, Rugxulo.

Thanks FreeDos!!!
