Hi folks,
Truly I am seeing this as very very funny.
David kindly sent me that .7z archive of wordstar..which is actually an archive of wordstar, but as a .zip file instead. Adding to the humor is that the archive uses a directory name for that zip file, with spaces, as in wordstar 2000 3r7 and so forth. fortunately I have wordperfect, no need to try and move the file from my DOS prompt. so, on a different drive I create another wordstar director, move / rename the .zip file to wordstar.zip and..after running pkunzip -d
am presented with what seem to be disc directories..five of them.
Again fortunately for me I still have a 3.5 floppy drive, with loads of discs.
I am just hoping that these were not 5.25 discs smiles.
will absolutely get there, and laugh the whole time.
cheers,
Karen
