I don't know if you're looking for something you can buy off the shelf new, or if you'd consider used devices. I've had very good experience using the old Alix SBCs - with Linux only - for many years. I've run many of them 24/7 and I've never had one fail in any way. Not a single crash. It's claimed DOS will run on them but I've never tried it myself. :/ https://www.pcengines.ch/alix.htm I've no experience of the later (APU2 etc.) models. They *might* be available used for under 100 USD.
