Hi, Do you plan to run FreeDOS directly on computer hardware, or in a virtual machine? I've had success with getting FreeDOS to work within QEMU in terminal only mode, allowing you to use a modern screen reader, such as Orca on Linux, but it could probably work on MacOS and VoiceOver. Not sure about Windows, although I wonder if Virtual Box supports similar functionality.
