Hi! You probably want to use XMS based ramdisks, not EMS.
Also, the max size for FAT16 ramdisk is a bit below 2 GB and you can only have far less than 4 GB combined size because some of your first 4 GB address space are used for graphics etc. You can use "super extended" XMS 3.5 for a combined size of more than 4 GB, though. Several FAT16 drives, there is no FAT32 ramdisk that I would be aware of yet.
