With a 386, you likely have 1MB-16MB. But you need to have it configured in the right way for the game, either as Expanded Memory (aka EMS) or Extended Memory (aka XMS). MobyGames does not specify how to configure the 2MB RAM requirement. This website (http://id3486.securedata.net/fprado/armorsite/tanks.htm) claims you need 600KB of free Conventional Memory just to start. Maybe peek at the DOSBox configuration. Other forums like vogons and vcfed might have more relevant information.
