Wow that's really nice, thanks for posting!  That's exactly what I need
for cross-compiling DOS C programs, and I was about to start the
process with building disk images and launching them in either DOSBox
(https://www.dosbox.com) or QEMU.  This will be much easier.

The EMU2 author seems to have done a great job of getting text-mode UIs
working in a modern terminal.
