I second that, because: 1) It's like MS-DOS (+ a /few/ updates). 2) It would make releasing new FD versions easier. New releases can happen more often. 3) We could probably make some progress with bugfixing and enhancing the kernel and FreeCOM (and drivers), because we get more feedback from users, that something is not working in a new version. -- Yes, it sounds a little like 'bananaware'. So, older (working) releases should be kept online always.
