I was intrigued, and I also tried BRIX. It doesn't work at all. When
you run the BRIX game, it immediately freezes up and prints nothing. I
am running on FreeDOS 1.2 with QEMU. (This same config works for a lot
of games.)
Since nothing gets printed, this seems like a dead end. I can't guess
how to figure out what's going wrong.

"Because old games need old soundcards, I recommend to
use "hardware" optimized for DOS: For example dosemu2
for Linux or dosbox for Windows and Linux. That will
work better than a generic new virtualbox "hardware".
