For me this was very ad hoc, there being no prior time for setup!

When using  the "run in a browser" option, there wasn't much to set up. For me, it was just another video conferencing tool in these days of working from home and it certainly wasn't the worst one I was forced to use (our local CERT/emergency response team training uses Microsoft Teams, yuk).

The group of people used be be much more diverse, a lot of people, specially long time members from the early days, aren't participating anymore. Missing people like Aitor, Mathias Paul or Brian Reifschneider, just for example...
