I think I missed a command.com line in fdauto.bat where it still said C:... and that this is why fdnpkg.exe installed to the C drive.
If I'm wrong, why does fdnpkg.exe install to C: when I'm running on a Zip disk mapped to A: by the bios? I'm test installing freedoom to see where it lands...
