Hi: PROVOX loads fine, but it sends only "synth clear" (0x05) reset messages over COM1, for example when I press slash + L. It never sends me anything to actually read aloud. Did it talk to you? What key presses have you performed? I just booted into FreeDOS and it worked ok. Pressing /l told me I was on line 25 and read the DOS prompt. If I press return, it says “enter” and repeats the DOS prompt. Not sure what’s going on on your end. |
