I think I "almost" did this by finding a cdrom.iso file in the ibiblio repository for FreeDOS 1.2. While it did have all of the updated packages, I don't think it was configured correctly for FDIMPLES. I had rearrange and delete some files in order for FDIMPLES to read them correctly, and even then the file list before installing a package is gone, and there's a bug where if you go to a package with apparently no description, descriptions don't appear from packages the have one until FDIMPLES is restarted.
What's the correct way to set up an offline repository for FDNPKG on FreeDOS 1.2? I know how to setup up the repositories using the REPO command for the FDNPKG config, but is there an iso akin to all_cd.iso for FreeDOS 1.1 set up correctly for FDIMPLES? In case you're wondering what I changed, I basically deleted anything other than the repositories and moved the repositories into a folder called PACKAGES, except PKG_INFO, which I renamed to PKGINFO and left in the root directory. After making these changes, I copied the files onto a CD-ROM. By the way, by root directory I mean what would be the root directory of the CD-ROM. -- Sincerely, HTV04
