The RAM drive is FAT16 formatted, so it can not be larger
than 2 GB. But no worries, that is a lot more than you need.

Note that FreeDOS will still not use 4 GB but less: Because
it is a 16 bit operating system with some 32 bit drivers but
no 64 bit drivers, and because your graphics card and BIOS
in that context have to be accessible in the first 4 GB of
memory, you will "only" have between 3 and 4 GB of RAM even
for your 32 bit enhanced DOS applications ;-)

Maybe we should add that to the utilities available at boot,
so people can use it for diagnostics without having to unpack
and "install" it to ramdisk or harddisk first!
