Have a look at pages from "Using MS-DOS 6.22" by Jim Cooper, describing functionality of POWER.EXE utility - I mean pages from 852 to 857 (it's available e.g. in "Google Books" and various places). It's splitted into two parts: a device driver, and actual utility. My question is: do we have any API offered by FDAPM to allow closer examination of CPU load the way similar to the one described in the book?
