The FreeDOS website is working fine from here. I'm at a tech conference on
the conference wifi, so this is not my home setup.
It's possible your Internet provider is having some difficulty. Looks like
you're on Juno. You might call them. At a guess, they'll probably have you
turn your Internet modem off & on, to see if it's that connection.
