I had emailed Jack several times off-list, asking him to stop posting
abusive emails or I would ban him from the mailing lists. I assume from his
email that he wants to be taken off the lists. I'm sorry he is leaving us.
I have banned Jack's address from the mailing lists so he will no longer be
able to post here.
Please stop responding to this thread, and let's get back to more
