What file did you download? Not that I've used SETEDIT except out of curiosity once or twice. IIRC, it was last updated for DJGPP in 2004, and you have to use the "installer" version. (I don't remember about the other *b.zip version, maybe that assumes installing into your DJGPP tree??)
