This web site hasn't been updated in years (2 November 2006). Net-Tamer has apparently not been updated since 1999 http://www.nettamer.net/tamer.html No doubt obsolete by now. I suppose one who wants an updated Lynx for DOS 32-bit can build it him/herself from the source.
