The technotes and newsitems have been renamed to "tech items" and "news items", and are supposed to be available under the "Technotes" link on the orange bar. However, I just noticed that the display isn't working for these. I wonder when that broke. You can't see any of the links under http://www.freedos.org/technotes/technote/ for example. Sorry about that.
