I don't think there is an official list. PythonD was unofficially done
by Ben at Caddit.net (last updated in 2008, IIRC), see below:

No idea, perhaps Watt-32 doesn't support it, or perhaps you need to
recompile a newer version (presumably with DJGPP 2.04 due to DXE3).
