Maybe your high (UMB) memory was not large enough for PCNTPK
to load or you did not have any UMB at all (e.g. no EMM386,
JEMM or similar loaded) or the UMB had a conflict with other
memory use in the area which stopped PCNTPK from working if
loaded in UMB, while it does work for you if loaded low... :-)
