Well in that sense, oZone and SEAL share a problem for non-programmers: They make nice looking GUIs but there is not much software for them. On the other hand, you could develop your software using a common portable GUI TOOLKIT, so the software runs not only in DOS but also in other GUI environments for which already a lot of other software exists to enjoy.
