This is RayeR's compile with latest DJGPP (now with patched BinUtils
2.22 that overcomes the old COFF reloc limitation, thanks to Juan M.
G.). I don't know how much, if any, he has actually modified, so
presumably it's still the original sources (mostly), though I wouldn't
be surprised.

He also recent very lightly patched Judas Player to 2.10c, which now
even works for me (Intel HDA) (see "contributions").
