The Dillo web browser has been ported to DOS now. You can download the first beta here:

Benjamin Johnson, who ported Dillo to Windows joined me and so this beta is available now based on Dillo for Windows. There is a three-page User Guide in the ZIP archive which will answer many questions that may arise.
