UNetbootin can also be used to load various system utilities, including: FreeDOS, which can run BIOS flash and other legacy DOS utilities." P.S. But don't expect FDISK to handle 12 TB. The MBR and FAT32 are both limited (I think) to 2 TB. So some things may not work (understatement). But perhaps if you ignore the latter chunk it'll be okay, who knows. GPT (UEFI?) is supposed to fix this eventually, but that's killing the crucial BIOS which FreeDOS needs so badly.
