My question is: with the grx scheme, am I in protected mode?
DJGPP is always in protected mode, but you probably wanted to ask something else about graphics. What I did with DJGPP last time was use VESA with the nice int 10 interface calls, allocates a handle for the linear frame buffer, and then uses that as a large array of bytes / shortints / ints / whatever :-) Eric ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ All of the data generated in your IT infrastructure is seriously valuable. Why? It contains a definitive record of application performance, security threats, fraudulent activity, and more. Splunk takes this data and makes sense of it. IT sense. And common sense. http://p.sf.net/sfu/splunk-d2d-c2 _______________________________________________ Freedos-user mailing list Freedos-user@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/freedos-user
